Sessions

Session fees include my time, talent, editing and all digital files. Your proofs and digital images will be available within 2 weeks following your session in an online gallery (can be password protected if requested). A link will be emailed to you. Digital files will be available for viewing for 10 days in which your order will be due. You may order prints right from the proofing gallery. Once the gallery has been closed there will be a $25 fee to upload your gallery for an additional 14 days. All images from your session will be purged from the system after 1 year from session date. **Travel fees may apply**Prices subject to change without notice**Tax and shipping are not included in pricing** Please contact me for any questions.

Weddings

A non refundable retainer of $500 is due at time of booking your wedding, there is also a contract to be signed. For additional hours it is $350/hour. Payment plans are available, please inquire. All fees are due 4 weeks prior to date.  Wedding proofs are usually available within 12-14 weeks and are available for proofing for 30 days. **Travel fees may apply**All prices subject to change without notice.

Payment

A $100 non refundable retainer is due at the time of booking your portrait session. Session payment is due at the time of service. There will be no refunds for cancellations or no shows. You always have the option to reschedule in the event that you cannot keep your original booking. Reschedules must take place within 6 WEEKS of your original booking date at the photographer’s convenience or be subject to forfeiture. Photographer has the right to cancel session indefinitely after 2 consecutive client reschedules. A $50 reschedule fee will be applied to any client reschedule. This does not include reschedules called due to weather issues or photographer conflict. You may pay using cash, check or credit card. Non-Sufficient Funds - If you choose to pay by check and your check is returned for non-sufficient funds, you will be subject to a $fee plus the original money owed. This applies to all session types.

Digital Files

Digital images are included for all session types. These downloads may be used to make prints for personal use only. Misty Lyn Photography's lab of choice is www.mpix.com. When not ordering through your gallery, please print at your own discretion. Misty Lyn Photography cannot be held liable for poor quality prints produced from other lab. You may share your photos on any online forum (Facebook, Instagram, blogs), however, for any photos shared online you must also link back and give credit to Misty Lyn Photography (www.mistylynphoto.com).

Terms

Misty Lyn photography reserves the right to use any photograph in any form such as, but not limited to, the use in advertising, reproduction, and copyright. Misty Lyn Photography owns the copyright to ALL images, even those you purchase. Copying, scanning or reproducing images is strictly prohibited. Print-screening images is also against the law. All offenders will be prosecuted accordingly. Prices are subject to change without notice and are non-negotiable. Prices are guaranteed for 30 days after your session. Due to the custom nature of photographic products, no refunds will be issued. By hiring Misty Lyn Photography, you agree to the above terms.
