Welcome to the Senior Rep Team for the class of 2023! We are looking for stylish, fun, and outgoing 2022 juniors to get their high school senior portraits taken by us to help spread the word about the Misty Lyn Photography experience. Our goal is to have fun in every occasion and bring out the YOU in your images!

 

What Does Being A Senior Rep for Misty Lyn Photography Mean?

A Senior Rep is someone who is eager and trusted to represent the Misty Lyn Photography brand. Our Senior Reps are first in line to get their senior portraits taken in order to promote the services and talents to other prospective seniors! By making referrals, you’ll earn credit incentives, make new friends, and get some pretty amazing senior photos while you’re at it. Senior Reps will also get the opportunity to enter exclusive giveaways.

How Do I Become A Rep?

To become a rep for Misty Lyn Photography all you need to do is apply! Tell us all about yourself, the more details the better. Tell us why you think you should be a rep and how you think you could be a good aspect to this year’s model team. We will be choosing anywhere from 5-15 boys and girls from all around the Northwest Indiana Area. Oh, and don’t forget to ask your parents!

 

What Are The Requirements?

Being a Senior Rep for Misty Lyn Photography is all about showing off your awesome photos to your classmates and friends, creating new friendships, letting them know who you are through your pictures, and having a super awesome and unique senior year experience. All you need to do is tell your friends and show off your awesome pictures to get referrals.

In order to become a Senior Rep, you must:

• Be very outgoing, with lots of energy and personality in front of the camera!

• Be a current high school student, graduating in 2023.

• You can be available sometime in June-August 2022 to complete your session

• Following your session, you must publish at least five photos to your social media outlets throughout the course of the school year. Each post must properly tag @mistylynphoto on Instagram, Facebook etc.

• Live within a 40 mile radius of Valparaiso, 46385

• Parents or legal guardians must be aware that you are participating in the Misty Lyn Photography Senior Rep Program. They MUST sign a model release permitting Misty Photography to use your images for marketing and promotional purposes for the studio.

• Distribute your rep cards to all classmates graduating in 2023 (You are only expected to pass out rep cards and tell your friends how to contact Misty Lyn Photography. You do not have to discuss prices or packages)

• Promote your images on your Facebook/Instagram/Snapchat/TicTok profile. Display your customized profile and timeline images throughout the school year.

• Become a fan of Misty Lyn Photography on Facebook and follow on Instagram, suggest your friends & family to “like/follow” as well, and share information about our business. FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM

• You must not model or represent another photographer during the time of acceptance until the end of your senior year. (Yearbook/sport photographers with exceptions.

• There is a retainer fee of $100 to hold your date/time of session and is required upon signing of your Senior Rep Agreement. (The remaining balance is due the day of your senior session) 

• REFER your friends to Misty Lyn Photography and HAVE FUN!

 

What Do I Get?

Being a senior rep for Misty Lyn Photography gets you tons of rewards including:​

• A discounted senior session for $350 (value of $700) includes:

• Up to 3 hours of shoot time

• At least 2 locations

• Multiple clothing changes

• All digital files with a print release

• $100 print package.  

• 25 customized Rep Cards with your name, class year, photo & my contact information to pass out to your friends!

• 5 watermarked social sharing ready photos to share on your social media

• For every single referral you will get an extra 8 wallets of your choice. 

• All referred classmates or friends will receive a $50 OFF their session fee but they MUST bring your Rep Card at the time of booking.

Need More Incentive??

If you send me between 3-5 referrals that book their paid session and bring your Rep Card, you will receive a $50 Visa gift card!

If you send me 6-10 referrals that book their paid session and bring your Rep Card, you will receive a $100 Visa gift card!

PLUS, all of your referred friends will receive $50 off their session!

You only receive credit for referrals during the duration of the referral program, which runs May 1st, 2022 – June 1, 2023.

*Referrals must book and pay, for it to count towards your earnings!

What Are The Terms? 

• You and your parents must agree to promote only for Misty Lyn Photography for your senior portraits from the time of acceptance through the entire 2022/2023 school year.​

• Your parent or guardian MUST sign a model release, allowing Misty Lyn Photography to use your your images for advertising and promotional purposes

• A $350 model retaining fee is required upon the signing of your Senior Rep agreement.

• You are responsible for sending Misty Lyn Photography a minimum of 3 referrals. These referrals must book, pay for, and complete their senior session by October 1, 2022. If minimum of 3 referrals is not met, you will be responsible to pay the balance of your senior session fee. ($350).
